Toddler Yoga

Yoga classes for toddlers aged 18 months – 4 years old, and their parents/carers.
Share in the fun practice of yoga, adapted for toddlers, and interspersed with fun games, songs, and stories. A healthy snack of fruit is included at the end of the lesson.

Toddler yoga can :
Promote strength and flexibility
Provide the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
Sustain loving and playful contact and communication. 
Provide a positive shared routine.
Provide an opportunity for parents to exercise and have fun with their children.
