Kids Yoga

Kids yoga sessions, suitable for 5 – 10 year olds.

Children will learn and practice yoga poses, breathing techniques, and practices for mindfulness.

The classes are taught using a variety of methods – going on yoga journeys, the use of stories, games, music – all with a focus on making yoga fun.
