Child’s Pose Yoga Kids classes incorporate games, stories, activities and music with yoga poses, and teachings. The aim is for young yogis to learn through play, and through group interaction.

Yoga is about more than just the physical activity. Breath work (pranayama) and relaxation practice are vital life skills that can help with mental health. The philosophies of yoga teach important social skills, such as kindness, empathy, and acceptance.
Currently, there is one weekly class after school, at The Space Upstairs in Burntisland, for 5-10 year olds. Treat yourself to a coffee and a piece of brownie downstairs in The Roasting Project whilst your child (or children) are in class upstairs!
